Extinmarc LLC is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. This policy explains how inquiry information is used, stored, and protected, and how to contact Extinmarc about your information.
Website statistics and conversion measurement
Google measurement may process page URLs, referring information, browser and device information, online identifiers, advertising click information, and website interactions. Our custom saved-inquiry and telephone/email-click events identify the event and its form placement; they do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business addresses, inquiry messages, or inquiry reference numbers. Google tags may use cookies or similar technologies, whose duration depends on their settings and your browser. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, this website does not initialize Google measurement. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google measurement storage and advertising-user-data consent are set to denied; limited cookieless measurement may still occur. No browsing activity is treated as an affirmative consent choice. Browser controls can also be used to manage cookies. Google describes its processing and available controls in its privacy policy.
Contacting Extinmarc
The website contact form requires your name, email address, phone number, business address, and selected service. You may also provide a message describing your request. The campaign landing form requests your name, email address, phone number, and selected service. We also record which form was used; this identifies its placement, not whether you clicked an advertisement. These details are used to receive your service inquiry and allow the Extinmarc team to respond. Telephone and email links open your chosen application.
Storage and email notifications
When online inquiries are enabled, Cloudflare Workers processes the submission, Cloudflare D1 stores the inquiry, and Cloudflare Email Service sends a notification to contact@extinmarc.com for the Extinmarc team. The form does not send an automatic acknowledgment email to the visitor. Email communications are also processed by the email services used by Extinmarc and the sender.
How long inquiries are kept
Inquiries stored in Cloudflare D1 are retained indefinitely, with no automatic expiry or scheduled deletion. Email copies of correspondence may also remain in Extinmarc’s business mailbox. Contact contact@extinmarc.com with a question or request concerning your information.
Submission protection
When online inquiries are enabled, the server checks the submitted fields and limits inquiry attempts. A keyed, short-lived representation of the request source is used to apply abuse limits; the application does not store the raw source IP in its inquiry database. Hosting and operational providers may separately process technical request information, including IP addresses and traffic data, under their service settings and privacy policies.
Form pages and campaign information
With JavaScript enabled, we record the page where you entered the site, the page where you submitted your inquiry, the referring website when available, and campaign labels supplied in utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; referring information is limited to the website origin. Missing campaign information is left unknown. These values describe the information available to the browser and do not prove that you clicked an advertisement. They are stored with the inquiry and included in the notification to the Extinmarc team.
Public reviews and external links
The testimonial section displays selected excerpts from publicly posted Google reviews and their reviewer display names. Reviews are manually curated; the website does not automatically load a Google review widget. Links to services such as Google Maps, Google reviews, and Instagram take you to external websites, where those providers’ privacy policies apply.

Include the email address used for your inquiry so the relevant record can be identified. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive identity documents with your request.
